“The search for materials initially begins with an exploratory approach, experimenting and reacting to various mediums used. The mixes and textures obtained guide me in my creations.

Next comes the exploration of a liquid material, whether on paper or canvas, yielding promising effects. What fascinates me in this process is the control of the gesture and the discovery of the result once it has dried. There’s a sense of letting go of expectations about what might emerge, making room for sensations and vibrations to give birth to a work of art.

Paper serves as a key support in this exploration. Transforming it into 3D by seeking different methods to make it rigid transports me into the realm of sculpture.
I create, cut, fold, glue, and shape it into sculpture; it’s a long and captivating process.”
